By accessing and using PageIndex, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Permission is granted to access PageIndex for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use PageIndex to:

• Upload malicious content or malware
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

Your use of PageIndex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. You retain ownership of all documents you upload.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

PageIndex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
